Welcome to Clareon Cottage (sleeps 7), a charming beach bungalow on a quiet street in Old Seacrest offering comfort and modern conveniences. This is "Old Florida." Recently updated with designer furnishings, Clareon Cottage is nestled in a peaceful setting bordering a scenic state park and provides both privacy and relaxation. Enjoy the shaded yard or take a short cart or bike ride to your private deeded beach access with pristine white sand.

**Includes use of 4 adult bikes, cargo bike attachment, and Burley child bike carrier***
(golf carts can be rented through private vendors, convenient beach access at end of street includes 5 first come-first serve cart parking spots and bike storage area)

Located on the popular East End of 30A, you're close to all the dining and shopping but still able to enjoy the quieter side of 30A. Step back in time before 30a was discovered!


NOTE: Guests will be required to sign an electronic rental agreement within 48 hours to complete booking as well as provide a valid ID that matches the name of who made the reservation, which includes: 1. a photo of your government-issued ID such as a driver's license 2. A "selfie". Both can be uploaded when signing the rental agreement.

About the Owner

I have been vacationing on these beaches for ~40 years, and this is my home away from home. My favorite time to visit is Fall, but there truly is not a "bad" time on this quiet street. I have traveled the world from Australia to the Caribbean, and I do not think the white sugar sand, blue water, and amenities of 30a can be beat. My goal is to provide you with the perfect getaway, offering exceptional service and attention to detail.
